Tammi began her career in real estate in the new construction industry at the age of 24. She was a top new home salesperson in Northern Virgina for a decade, catering to first-time homebuyers all the way to high-end custom clients. She was awarded the Lifetime Million Dollar Award by the National Association of Home Builder’s Sales and Marketing Council for those years of distinguished sales.
In 1996, Tammi moved to Denver, Colorado and joined The Genesee Company, a large regional builder constructing over 200 semi-custom homes a year. Her work ethic, knowledge and dedication quickly resulted in a promotion to Division Sales Manager, overseeing $80 million in annual sales throughout Genesee's Metro Denver locations.
Tammi moved to Colorado Springs in 1999 and together with co-founder/husband, Robert Stuart, established a local retail store marketing luxury home products to the Southern Colorado area. This start-up business quickly grew to a multi-million dollar company that they owned and operated for 14 years.
Her years in both the real estate and retail industries have resulted in widespread sales, negotiation, problem solving, and project management experience. Extensive interaction with buyers and sellers has provided Tammi unmistakable insight into what people desire in a real estate professional: integrity, communication, and knowledge – all backed by a full service approach.
Her "client first" philosophy greatly impacts how she conducts her business. She strives to be a good listener, share her in-depth community and market knowledge, embrace a win-win negotiation style and respond quickly to her client’s needs.
Outside of her accomplished career, Tammi is the proud mother of one son and two daughters, and grandmother to eight! She is a champion old-time fiddle player and traveled throughout the United States and abroad in her younger years performing with her musically talented family. She is active within the industry, her community, and her church.
